The hotel had a very zen feel, a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The onsen and sauna were great amenities to unwind after a long day. The free ice cream was a pleasant surprise and added a touch of luxury to the experience.

The room size was a bit small, especially compared to the single, 2 storey rooms that were more spacious and less expensive. the cleaning personnel working and vacuuming in the hallways in the morning disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Cleanliness: The rooms and the bathhouse were everything was super clean. Hotel facilities: The onsen and the powder room were amazing. Location in a pleasant neighborhood: Situated in a charming and quiet pedestrian street. Easy to get into Shibuya on the subway: Conveniently close to a subway station.

We stayed at a lovely ryokan in a quiet area close to Shimokitazawa. The location was perfect, with a pedestrian street and no traffic noise. The room was clean and modern, with a traditional vibe and modern touches. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The onsen facilities were amazing, with two baths and a steam room. We also enjoyed the free ice pops after each visit to the bathhouse.

The automated functionality in the room, such as the lighting, made for a slightly uncomfortable stay.
